Order Entry Clerk Currently searching for Order Entry Clerk located in the Saratoga, NY area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an office setting and a general knowledge of basic processes. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18-20 per hour Benefits for Data Entry: Permanent position with a consistent daytime schedule Overtime opportunities available Long term growth opportunities within the company Medical and Dental benefits offered Tasks for Data Entry: Order Processing: Accurately inputting customer orders into the company's database or order management system, verifying details like product numbers, quantities, and pricing Data Verification: Double-checking orders for accuracy and completeness and resolving any discrepancies in order details or customer information Customer Service: Assisting customers with order-related inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Coordination with Other Departments: Working closely with the sales, warehouse, and shipping departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and shipped on time.
