About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for the Retail Asset Management Finance Lead role. This senior leadership position is pivotal in managing portfolio planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance execution to support the U.S. Branch Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating financial, operational, and portfolio information across various functions, translating strategic direction into actionable activities, and providing decision-support that enhances portfolio transparency and funding optimization. The role demands a strong leader with a proven track record in financial planning, corporate real estate, and business analytics, capable of driving continuous improvement and promoting a culture of operational excellence. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in relevant disciplines, with a focus on complex investment portfolios and cross-functional business initiatives. The role requires advanced skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, as well as the ability to influence and manage stakeholders across a matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Key responsibilities include portfolio integration, financial planning, governance, and cross-functional partnership, with an emphasis on risk management and strong financial controls. The candidate should be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and be committed to the principles of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
