About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP of Affinity Partnerships with a focus on mortgage. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a national affinity strategy that is in line with a retail, branch-driven model. This includes the identification and establishment of partnerships with various financial institutions and real estate entities. The role also involves sourcing, structuring, and closing agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The SVP will be expected to build and maintain executive-level relationships, design lead flow processes, and drive the adoption of these partnerships through training and alignment with loan officer incentives. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in mortgage and/or financial institution partnerships, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A proven track record in building channels that support a distributed salesforce is essential, as is a strong understanding of loan officer behavior and purchase market dynamics. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills. Experience with financial institutions lacking mortgage scale is preferred. The SVP will also be responsible for owning performance metrics and continuously refining partner models and engagement strategies. Collaboration with legal and compliance teams is necessary to ensure that all agreements meet regulatory requirements.
