About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Project Delivery to join their team. This executive will be a key leader in shaping the delivery of the organization's largest and most complex projects, with a focus on integrating various operational aspects into a unified and accountable delivery system. The role requires a deep understanding of construction operations, the ability to identify and mitigate delivery risks, and a strong commitment to talent development and succession planning. The successful candidate will be expected to lead through influence, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions, all while maintaining the company's values and reputation in the market.
