Power BI Analyst - Dallas, TX

We are seeking a highly motivated DataBusiness Intelligence (BI) & PowerBIAnalyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights by developing dashboards, reports, and analytics that support decision‑making across the business. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Collect, clean, and transform raw data into structured datasets. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and define KPIs. Develop and maintain data models using Power Query, DAX, and tabular models. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Provide training and support for Power BI and self-service reporting. Partner with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure. Document processes, data models, and reporting logic. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in BI, Data Analysis, or a related role. Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualizations). Strong SQL skills (queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning). Solid understanding of ETL processes and multi-source data integration.
