Role Description The Chief of Staff role at Trimate Inc. is a part-time, remote position responsible for supporting executive leadership in strategic planning, operations, and cross-functional coordination. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and prioritizing the executive’s agenda, preparing briefings and reports, and ensuring follow-through on key initiatives and decisions. The Chief of Staff will coordinate communication between departments, facilitate meetings, track action items, and help resolve operational issues. This role will also contribute to project management, support internal communications, and provide analysis and recommendations on business priorities. The position is ideal for a professional who can operate independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and bring structure to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\n

• Relevant experience in supporting senior leaders (e.g., Chief of Staff, operations, consulting, or program management roles).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
