Position Overview The Residential & Light Commercial HVAC Sales & Comfort Specialist will play a key role in the growth and success of our residential division. This role involves working closely with potential clients to assess their heating and cooling needs, providing tailored comfort solutions, and driving sales to meet company goals. Key Responsibilities Meet with prospective clients to assess their residential and light commercial HVAC needs Provide recommendations for HVAC solutions that best suit customer comfort and budget Prepare and present sales proposals and follow up to close sales effectively Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Stay updated on HVAC products, services, and industry trends Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction Drive sales growth in our expanding residential HVAC division Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and sales activity Qualifications Previous experience in HVAC sales, residential and/or light commercial preferred Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and installation processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Customer-focused with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and within a team What We Offer High commission / gas card / additional sales incentives Opportunity for career advancement within a growing company Ongoing training and support Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Friendly and supportive team environment Why Join Expedition Heating and Air?
