Set-up and break-down of machining centers as well as scheduling PM and cleaning
Knowledge of trouble shooting machines
Create schedules for machining centers based on production schedule
Train and oversee machine operators
Must be familiar with steel and aluminum
Work on other shop equipment such as manual mills, press-brake, saws, lathe, drills, etc.
Draw, read and interpret prints, plans, sketches, and shop drawings.
Work with designers and management to achieve customers' satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of production while maintaining quality
Responding to quick turnaround orders; Some overtime required
Performing well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Maintain clean equipment and work area
Forklift certified preferred
Perform related duties, as assigned Minimum Acceptable Qualifications: Trade school graduate, or equivalent.
5+ years of programming experience with CNC Vertical Machining Centers
Knowledge of Auto CAD, Solidworks and MasterCam
Knowledge of wood & Plexiglas a plus
Strong knowledge of shop practices and skill in using shop tools and equipment.
Ability to ACCURATELY read tape measure & blueprints and translate into fabricated products using fractions & decimal places
Experience with Laminates and veneers a plus
Must have reliable transportation
