Project Coordinator- Travel Required

This Project Manager leads cross-functional teams to deliver new product development and projects on time, within budget, and according to functional, performance, and quality requirements. This project manager also tracks go-to-market plans, annual plans, and other commercial work. Additionally, they may lead “special projects” that are program-wide such as product line rollouts equipment upgrades or similar. Partnering with the Market Development Manager, Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Product Manager, and finance leader. This role is the information hub for all related functions and synchronizes communication with the functional, leadership, and executive teams. Winning through Customers

• Project Planning
• Build and publish detailed project schedules
• Track project deliverable completion
• Own and publish project schedules

Collaborate with Product Management, NPD Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Marketing-Sales to identify and build ownership (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI)) of project gates and deliverables.

• Quarterback the active projects list.
• Host project meetings.
• Own the reporting and tracking data for identified projects.
