We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers (Use own transportation)
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Must be able to climb ladders and walk on roofs (single story)
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous experience in outside sales
- Must be willing to go door to door in residential neighborhoods
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- A positive attitude
