Area Supervisor- Janitorial/Fleet

Job description Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States. Hours: 6:00PM-2:00AM (Hours may vary based on need) Pay: $24/hr This position will require travel between Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa. The responsibilities of a Area Supervisorinclude: This is a working supervisor position Oversight of multiple Truck Wash locations Management of on-site supervisors and truck washing staff Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner Planning and preparing work schedules Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment Maintaining accurate records Working with Modern Maintenance Management to ensure quality standards are met Responsibilities: Drive trucks to wash station as needed Wipe down and sanitize hi-touch areas inside of truck Hose down and scrub outside with soap and water Other job duties as needed Why Work for Modern Maintenance?
