• 4-day work week -- 10-hour shifts, 7 am - 5:30 pm
• 15 - 18 patients daily on clinic schedule
• Outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital setting
• Clinic visits, hospital follow-ups, and inpatient rounding
• First assist experience required
• 30-minute appointments -- ortho trauma established patients
