Farris Ford is searching for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to help lead one of the fastest-growing Ford dealerships in East Tennessee.
This is more than a desk manager position.
We're looking for someone who enjoys coaching people, building a winning culture, developing future leaders, and helping customers have an outstanding buying experience.

Your ResponsibilitiesAs Sales Manager, you'll help lead every aspect of the sales operation by:
- Coaching and developing the sales team
- Driving appointment conversion and showroom performance
- Desking and structuring deals
- Managing daily sales activities
- Helping recruit and develop future leaders
- Creating accountability and process consistency
- Partnering with Finance and Executive Leadership
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate has:
- Automotive sales management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Ford dealership experience preferred (but not required)
- Excellent desking and closing abilities
- Experience coaching high-performing sales teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High integrity and accountability
