Assist with patient flow to ensure efficient office operations. Support patients with therapies and basic patient-care activities as trained. Assist with EMG scans and other office procedures as directed. Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff and healthcare providers. Help ensure every patient receives excellent customer service and a positive office experience. High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree, business coursework, or administrative support training preferred. At least one year of administrative, office support, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office software. Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and customer service skills. Experience working in a medical, chiropractic, healthcare, or patient-facing office environment. Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a major plus Experience assisting with patient care activities, therapies, or medical procedures is a plus. Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
