Lead Bartender The Country Club of Sioux Falls is seeking a creative, motivated, energetic and dependable individual to be a Lead Bartender. Duties include: Management, training and professional development of all Bartenders Assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and cleanliness of all Club House facilities Resolve conflict with Members and Staff Develop and implement cocktail programs to increase revenues Manage within budgetary guidelines Health and safety code compliance TIPS or TAM Certification Opening and closing of Clubhouse Assist with beverage programs in banquets, golf course, pool and clubhouse Help control labor and beverage costs Maintains Professional appearance Nights and Weekends are required Ability to work 8+ hour shift Experience in hospitality field is preferred. Flexible hours are required. Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills and extreme energy.
