Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for a direct hire opportunity in Tempe, AZ. This role is ideal for a hands-on CNC professional with strong Haas programming and setup experience who enjoys a mix of programming, machine setup, troubleshooting, customer support, training, and technical collaboration.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing technical team in a manufacturing-focused environment where CNC expertise, customer service, and practical problem-solving are highly valued. The CNC Programmer will work closely with customers, Sales, and Service teams to support machine demonstrations, runoffs, technical training, and process improvements. This role offers variety, visibility, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer success and machining performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Program, set up, and optimize Haas CNC machines for customer applications, demonstrations, and production-related needs.
- Develop CNC programs, tooling strategies, fixturing approaches, and machining processes to improve efficiency and part quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, technical drawings, and specifications to support accurate machining outcomes.
- Troubleshoot CNC programming, setup, machine operation, and process issues remotely and at customer sites.
- Train customers on CNC machine operation, programming, setup procedures, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support customer runoffs, pre-sales demonstrations, trade shows, technical events, and collaboration with Sales and Service teams.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Tempe, AZ.
