Accounts Receivable Responsibilities Receipt and process cash, checks, credit card payments, and bank transactions accurately Complete journal entries and maintain accurate financial records Maintain and monitor AR aging schedules and follow up on past-due accounts Prepare and send monthly statements to customers, fleet accounts, and wholesale accounts Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer balance issues Apply account adjustments, write-offs, and refunds in accordance with dealership policies Reconcile account balances and ensure accuracy of receivable records Assist with month-end closing and accounting support functions as needed Administrative & Team Support Work closely with accounting, sales, service, and management teams Maintain organized financial records and documentation Assist with audits and reporting requests as needed Support dealership accounting operations with additional administrative tasks What You Bring Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional and dependable work ethic Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Requirements: 1+ year of automotive accounting experience required Knowledge of CDK required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required BA in Accounting preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy with financial information Why Krause Auto Group?
