As an Unarmed Patrol Professional at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report concerns. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and communicate relevant information to appropriate site personnel. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
