Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP)
Location: Cape Coral, FL

Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours/Week | 12 Hours of Call per Calendar Month | Floating Required
Local Candidates Required: NA
Traveler Candidates Required: Yes

Pay Rate: $60 – $63/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced LDRP Registered Nurse to provide nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience.

• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.

• EPIC EMR experience.

• Degree accreditation must be documented in the candidate profile, or at least 5 years of experience is required.

• Travel experience required for traveler candidates.

• Ability to work night shifts, meet call requirements, and float to other units or sister campuses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.

• Monitor maternal and newborn conditions and promptly identify changes requiring intervention.

• Support labor management, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.

• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and facility protocols.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation using EPIC.

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe maternal and neonatal outcomes.

• Float to other units and sister campuses as required.

• Complete a clinical interview.

• Complete all onboarding documentation by the Monday before the scheduled start date. Pending documents are not accepted.
