About You: You have 4-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm;You have experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions;You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials; andYou are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction (Texas).
