Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current Louisiana state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Previous school-based experience is strongly preferred.

• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for supporting student growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services for students in elementary, middle, and high school settings.
• Evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders, conducting thorough assessments.
• Develop and carry out individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Track and manage student progress, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with educational standards.
• Participate actively in meetings with teachers, administrators, and families.
• Offer guidance and resources to educators and parents to support ongoing student success.
• Maintain flexible communication and responsiveness to school schedules and student needs.
