Network Administrator

We are looking for a Network Administrator to help ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our technology environment in Savannah, Georgia. This role supports day-to-day network operations, resolves advanced technical issues, and keeps critical infrastructure running efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting ability, practical experience with enterprise networking equipment, and a proactive approach to maintaining secure and stable systems.Responsibilities:• Resolve advanced network incidents that are escalated beyond the initial support level, identifying root causes and restoring service in a timely manner.• Deploy, configure, maintain, and improve core networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.• Track network health and usage patterns through monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.• Carry out software, firmware, and configuration updates to maintain system performance, reliability, and security.• Support network security efforts by applying patches, managing user and device access, and following established compliance standards.• Administer IP addressing, subnet design, and related network configuration settings across the environment.• Investigate and resolve connectivity, hardware, and performance problems affecting local and broader network operations.• Create and maintain clear technical documentation covering configurations, troubleshooting processes, and issue resolution details.• Communicate technical findings, recommendations, and solutions effectively to both technical colleagues and non-technical users.
