RecruiterThe Recruiter manages the Talent Acquisition process for Onvida Health via the applicant tracking system and other resources through which candidates apply, vetting applicants for possible hire and making the appropriate contacts and referrals within Onvida Health.Responsibilities:Screens, interviews, sources, and provides the highest level of recruitment services to internal stakeholders and the external communityProvides guidance and feedback to hiring decision makers throughout the recruitment processActs as a trusted advisor to internal and external candidates and stakeholdersManages the recruitment process electronically through the talent acquisition system and other available resourcesSets salaries per compensation guidelines for new hires, rehires, and internal transfers/promotionsMakes offers and manages the offer process within these guidelines, to include any relocation and bonuses that may be offeredPartners with internal human resources, hiring managers, employees, and stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective talent acquisition servicesPartners with external vendors on an as-needed basisProvides service in accordance with the service level agreement, to include timely candidate screening and response to correspondenceCreates and manages effective strategies and processes to identify, source, assess, and recommend the most qualified talentUnderstands hiring managers' lines of businessTravels to job fairs, conferences, and community events as eligible and requiredOther duties as assignedCompetencies and skills:Essential: Fleet Safety Education: Essential: BACHELOR'S DEGREEOther information: Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree Fleet Safety Clearance 2+ years related experienceJoin us at Yuma Regional Medical Center dba Onvida Health A career at Onvida Health is more than just a job.
