Tryfacta is seeking a School LVN / LPN for our client in Spanaway, WA 98387. This is a 42-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Location: Spanaway, WA 98387

Duration: 42 weeks (possible extension)

Work Schedule: Day 5x7-Hour (07:00 - 14:30) Hours: 35

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct nursing care to medically fragile students.
• Work in a single classroom throughout the school day.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor student health status and respond to medical needs.
• Assist with feeding, mobility, toileting, and other activities of daily living as needed.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and health records.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and healthcare providers.
• Support emergency response and student safety procedures.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Active Washington State LPN/LVN license required prior to start date.
• Pediatric, school, special education, or medically fragile student experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
