Engineer III, Endpoint Engineering

Cencora seeks a Senior Endpoint Engineer with 20+ years of experience designing and managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune solutions across large global organizations. The role focuses on endpoint platform optimization, cloud migration strategy, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote Pennsylvania position.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune policies for global endpoint management
• Lead migration of on-premises policies to Microsoft Intune and prepare for Microsoft Entra transitions
• Manage and troubleshoot multiple endpoint management platforms across diverse operating systems
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to balance usability with security compliance
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as subject matter expert on endpoint engineering strategy and best practices

Requirements

• 20+ years endpoint engineering experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune expertise
• Proven proficiency managing MECM, Intune, Jamf, NinjaOne, and similar endpoint platforms
• Experience transitioning on-premises policies to cloud solutions and Microsoft Entra migrations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Azure Active Directory, and cloud-native technologies
• Advanced troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
• Demonstrated ability managing tens of thousands of users in global enterprise environments
• Self-directed with minimal oversight; strong cross-functional collaboration skills
