Schedule: Day Shift, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM

Position Overview

Have a sharp eye for detail? This position puts that skill to work in a precision metal manufacturing environment where quality matters at every stage.

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join the quality operation as Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technicians.

NDT is a specialized inspection process used to evaluate manufactured metal components for potential defects or irregularities without damaging the part. You'll help prepare components for inspection, perform or support testing procedures, document results, and ensure products meet established quality requirements.

Candidates with NDT, quality inspection, manufacturing, machining, aerospace, metalworking, or other precision-production experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Support non-destructive testing and inspection of manufactured components

• Prepare parts and materials for inspection

• Follow established inspection procedures and work instructions

• Examine components for indications of defects or irregularities

• Accurately document inspection activities and results

• Maintain proper traceability and handling of inspected materials

• Identify and communicate potential quality concerns

• Maintain inspection areas, tools, and equipment

• Work closely with Quality and Production team members

• Follow established safety and quality requirements

• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities

What We're Looking For

• NDT, quality inspection, manufacturing, machining, aerospace, metalworking, or precision-production experience preferred

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to follow detailed procedures consistently

• Strong documentation and organizational skills

• Ability to identify irregularities and communicate findings

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment

• Willingness to learn specialized inspection processes

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to handle and position manufactured components as required

• Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive movement

• Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and production operations
