About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Engineering Experience and Developer Platforms to lead the strategic design and evolution of its internal development ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing engineering productivity, enhancing developer satisfaction, and enabling the efficient and scalable delivery of high-quality software. This role involves overseeing the full developer workflow, from onboarding to daily activities, and driving continuous improvement to eliminate bottlenecks and pain points. The Head of Engineering Experience will also be instrumental in modernizing the software development environment by incorporating AI-enhanced and automated capabilities throughout the SDLC. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or developer productivity roles, with a proven track record of leadership and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. A strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud platforms, DevOps methodologies, and developer tooling ecosystems is essential. The role requires hands-on experience with a range of platforms, including AI-assisted development technologies, CI/CD solutions, and internal platform engineering concepts. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of translating complex technical challenges into clear strategies, and will be passionate about fostering a culture of learning, experimentation, and cross-team knowledge sharing within the engineering community.
