About the Employer

Located in the heart of Silicon Valley against the scenic northeast foothills of San Jose, California, Berryessa Union School District serves a vibrant community of approximately 45,000 homes. We provide education to around 6,000 students from kindergarten through eighth grade across 10 elementary schools and three middle schools.

We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team of over 850 certificated and classified employees, including teachers, administrators, and support staff. Our district is committed to excellence, offering challenging educational programs and a standards-based curriculum that drives our students to consistently achieve high scores on state and national tests.

Comments and Other Information

Other Compensation:
2% stipend of base salary compensation for master degree.
3% stipend of base salary compensation for doctorate.
A portion of annual ACSA and professional membership dues provided.
Access to District's Health and Welfare Benefits
Mileage allowance.
$50,000 life insurance policy.

The Bond Measure duration is approximately four to five years, therefore, this position will be terminated upon completion of all Bond Measure projects.
