Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions using standardized tools and personal interviews to develop effective, individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy to clients utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques tailored to their needs. Collaborate with clients to set specific therapeutic goals and continually monitor progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Deliver comprehensive teletherapy sessions, accommodating clients' preferences for virtual meetings and technical access challenges. Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards to track client progress and facilitate effective case management. Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about industry advancements. Patient Population / Client Focus The client population at OptiMindHealth is vast, encompassing individuals experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. We work with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults, ensuring that we cater to the unique needs of each demographic. Our goal is to create a safe and nurturing therapeutic space for individuals to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and enhance their overall well-being. Qualifications A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A minimum of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field. Proven ability to communicate effectively and establish a trusting therapeutic relationship, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' challenges. Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a diverse caseload while meeting administrative responsibilities. Preferred Experience Experience working with various mental health issues, particularly in a clinical or community health setting. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote mental health service delivery. Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams and willingness to collaborate with other health professionals to provide the best care. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Sign-on bonus for newly licensed therapists joining the practice.
