Position: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Special rate of $38/hr for Full-Time and Part-Time NOC LPNs! As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team and contribute to the health and happiness of our residents. Responsibilities Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols. Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly address any changes in health status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centered care. Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and activities. Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and promote preventive care. Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate and appropriate interventions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records. Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!
