People Team Administrative Assistant
Location: Fresno, CA
Part-Time | Onsite

You'll play a critical role in recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, employee records, and creating an outstanding experience for every employee.

What You'll Do
As our People Team Administrative Assistant, you'll help power the daily operations of Human Resources by:
Recruiting & Hiring
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• Post jobs across multiple recruiting platforms
• Maintain applicant tracking records
• Assist hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate background checks and hiring documentation
Onboarding New Employees
• Prepare offer packets and onboarding paperwork
• Ensure all employment documentation is complete and accurate
• Coordinate orientation materials
• Help create a welcoming first-day experience
Payroll, Benefits & HR Administration
• Assist with payroll documentation and employee changes
• Support benefits enrollment and employment status updates
• Maintain confidential employee records and HRIS information
• Process employee paperwork accurately and efficiently
Employee Support
• Answer employee questions with professionalism and care
• Help employees navigate forms and People Team processes
• Connect employees with the appropriate HR resources
Process Improvement
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and checklists
• Help improve administrative processes
• Keep our People Team organized, responsive, and efficient

Preferred Qualifications
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• One or more years of experience in HR, payroll, recruiting, office administration, customer service, or a related field
• Experience using Microsoft Office, HRIS, payroll systems, or applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
