LAB Technician I

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and research industry, is seeking a LAB Technician I to join their team. As a LAB Technician I, you will be part of the R&D department supporting product development and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: LAB Technician I

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: 18-21/hr

What's the Job?

• Preparing test samples for various material properties assessments
• Testing physical and mechanical properties of tapes, films, adhesives, and other materials
• Recording test results accurately and assisting with data analysis
• Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring proper inventory levels
• Supporting the development and modification of test methods and procedures

What's Needed?

• Experience with laboratory testing and equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and testing issues
• Proficiency in data management and software systems
• Effective communication skills for reporting results and collaborating with team members
