Bar Manager
Fricker's USA, LLC
Fricker’s USA, LLC is seeking a Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations in our energetic sports bar environment. The Bar Manager oversees bartenders and bar support staff, ensures excellent guest service, maintains inventory and ordering for beer, liquor, and supplies, and upholds all safety, sanitation, and alcohol compliance standards. This role manages bar scheduling, cash handling, and POS accuracy while driving sales through promotions and consistent execution of company recipes. The Bar Manager trains and coaches staff, resolves guest issues, and partners with the restaurant management team to deliver a fun, consistent experience that reflects Fricker’s community-focused culture.
