• Shift / Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

Job Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
• Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
• General office maintenance

Education Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered

Required Experience

• 13 years of job-related experience

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Candidate will be on their feet most of the day
• Candidate will need to be able to get down on the floor and get back up frequently
• There will be client interaction
• Candidate will be working mostly independently, covering an office space across 8 floors
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
• Overtime may be required

• Interview process: 1st round with Hiring Manager (Teams); 2nd round in-person with site manager
