Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state certification as a CNA or RN license
• Prior experience in pediatric nursing or caregiving preferred
• Competency and confidence in tracheostomy care
• CPR/BLS certification (current)
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with school staff and students' families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 care for a 1st grade student with a trach
• Monitor and support the student's daily health needs throughout the school day
• Respond promptly and effectively in emergent situations
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
