Management Analyst II

Note: This position is for a future program that has not been awarded yet.* ProSync is seeking a passionate Management Analyst II to provide analytical support to identify organizational challenges, evaluate performance, and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement. This role supports government stakeholders by conducting research, analysing operational and financial data, and preparing written and oral reports that guide decision-making. If you have prior military service or government contracting experience, are proud to serve and support our nation, and want to help support ProSync's mission to "Define and Redefine the State of Possible," Responsibilities Collect, review, and analyse organizational data to identify issues and recommend solutions Define the nature and scope of problems and evaluate relevant metrics such as revenue, staffing, and expenditures Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to understand workflows and organisational culture Develop and apply mathematical models to support analysis and decision-making Prepare written reports and present findings to government stakeholders Support implementation of recommended improvements when required Requirements 7+ years of analysis experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis. A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
