Overview The Administrative Supervisor is a Registered Nurse who assumes operational accountability for a specified shift, providing supervisory leadership across human resource management, operational management, and quality patient care management at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center. Responsibilities Assume operational accountability for a designated shift as a Registered Nurse. Provide supervisory leadership across human resources, operations, and quality patient care management. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire). National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire). 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience with demonstrated leadership abilities. Why Join Providence? Additional compensation may be available in the form of shift differentials, on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
