Supports special projects related to operational and technical changes. Evaluates store systems applications and serves as an internal consultant to ensure the business needs are being met. Coordinates with cross-functional project teams to perform the assessment, design, development, pilot, implementation, and evaluation of systems. Aligns instructional design and technical training programs.Key ResponsibilitiesHelps determine which operational and project changes best support the roadmapParticipates in evaluation, design and development of processes, systems, or programs developed internally and externallyOperational business consultant to the Zone/Regional officesPrepare and present data and information on projects and operationsLiaison between IT team and Store/Field OperationsProvides problem solving, procedural, and technical support to store associates, management, and field management for all systems, including POS, Cash Office, Inventory Management, Markdowns, and other Back Office systemsSupport in evaluating and making recommendations to next level of managementComplete end user testing, determine ROI business cases, and facilitates ongoing meetings to discuss any issuesSupports right sizing of IT assets/hardware in storeFollow up on day-to-day operations to ensure overall technical support processes meet business needsConduct store visits to complete onsite assessments of technology (once every one to two weeks)Required SkillsIntermediate level Excel and PowerPoint experienceExperience with Power BI dashboardsExperience with Canva (used to create more dynamic PowerPoint slides to report out project status; if an expert with PowerPoint, Canva experience is not required)Preferred SkillsProject analyst or project management experience (not looking for a Project Analyst or PM)Required Experience5–8 years of experience in retail management (providing problem solving, procedural, and technical support to store associates; including POS, Cash Office, Inventory Management, Markdowns, and other Back Office systems) OR technology/systems backgroundNice-to-Have ExperienceBackground as a retail managerBackground in IT help deskBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientThis Fortune 100 off-price retail organization operates more than 5,200 stores across ten countries, making it the world's leading off-price apparel and home fashions company.
