How you'll make an impact in this role

• Manage automated dispensing systems and prepare medication orders to ensure essential treatments are readily available for patient care.
• Support efficient pharmacy operations by serving as a clear communication link between patients, health professionals, and the pharmacy team.
• Oversee pharmacy inventory and supply storage to maintain accurate stock levels and support timely patient service.
• Prepare and repackage bulk medications to assist the pharmacist in delivering accurate and reliable pharmacy services.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• One or more of the following required:
  • Licensed Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Pharmacy Intern obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Hospital Experience
• IV certification
