Strategic Bid Center Proposal SpecialistWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategic Bid Center at Mercer. This role can be based in various locations near a Mercer office and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.As a Proposal Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's business development by targeting new opportunities and managing renewals. Working as an individual contributor within a close-knit team of strategic bid experts, you'll provide essential support for bid management and proposal development across various business lines. Collaborating with sales professionals, consultants, and subject matter experts, you'll help craft compelling presentations and proposals that win new business. The applicable base salary range for this role is $68,500 to $137,000.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
