About the Job: Responsible for answering all intake calls and completing intake questions with clients, as well as providing high levels of customer service. Required to send email to the supervisor, and other intake specialists on every intake call for follow-up. Include attorneys if the cases are catastrophic, or if an attorney’s opinion is needed. Verify insurance coverage. Follow up with the client regarding status of property damage. Insurance verification.
