You are the face of our brand in the community as we continue to build and develop our catering partnerships.Position Overview:As the Catering Lead, you are key to the success of our catering business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our catering business, driving sales through building relationships with local businesses and current guests. Additionally you will be the role model amongst our FOH team and maintain our company standards in regards to food safety and quality. You will be a mentor, coach, and leader that our FOH teams will want to emulate. At PURALIMA we are committed to growing our leaders from within and the Catering Lead role is an absolutely vital role in our continued success and growth as a company.Service Lead Duties and Responsibilities:Own the success of our catering operations by managing and overseeing the production and completion of catering ordersCommunicate and support all catering guests delivery a best in class experienceCreate and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and growMotivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standardsExecute, control and direct the preparation of all food which includes necessary process for food safety and quality controlConnect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional mannerOwn the Online Ordering (OLO) station and ensure orders are accurately completed by the promised pick-up timeEnsure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well stockedMonitor COGS, food waste, inventory levels, and resolving any food quality or safety issueLive and represent the PURALIMA brand day in and outJob Requirements:Minimum 1-2 years previous restaurant experienceStrong sales skills to increase catering salesAble to lift 50lbsAble to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environmentFull-time availability with a flexible schedulePreferred management experience in the restaurant industry1-2 years of catering experienceStrong organizational skillsAttention to detailDrive to grow and advance career with PURALIMAPURALIMA Benefits:Competitive wagesOpportunity to grow and advance careerEmployee meals discountsThis job opportunity is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
