Seeking a full time Intake Specialist to work within our Intake Department. Duties include: managing referral calls; conducting intake with clients; entering information into Electronic Medical Record; and tracking referrals. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Experience with Electronic Medical Records is preferred. Position is not intended for licensed clinicians. Requirements Associate professional according to 10A NCAC 27G .0104 Master's degree in a human services field with less than 1 year of post-graduate mental health/substance use experience. Bachelor's degree in a human services field with less than 2 years of post-bachelor mental health/substance use experience. Bachelor's degree in a non-human-services field with less than 4 years of relevant experience. Hope Services
