Project CoordinatorRogers-O'Brien Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support our field teams and project accounting operations, playing a critical part in ensuring that our construction projects run smoothly. You will bridge administrative, compliance, and financial functions, making a significant impact on the success of our projects. This role is based onsite and requires regular presence at the jobsite in Wilmer, Texas. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of keeping projects on track behind the scenes, this position could be an excellent fit for you.Skills & Qualification:Proficiency with Procore, Concur, DocuSign, and ERP systems to efficiently manage project documentation and complianceStrong communication skills for effective collaboration with field teams and subcontractorsExperience in construction administration or accounting support ensuring timely and accurate project progressBilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholdersKnowledge of construction billing practices, lien waivers, and compliance documentation for accurate financial operationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure no aspect of the project is overlookedAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment to achieve project goalsFamiliarity with CCIP and LEED documentation processes is a plusResponsibilities:Enter time records for project team members and field crew to ensure accurate payroll processingMaintain and update jobsite directories in Procore for streamlined communication and project managementManage jobsite office supply inventory and trailer setup to ensure field operations run smoothlyAssist in scheduling and managing jobsite calendars and meeting spaces for efficient project coordinationPrepare and distribute meeting minutes and project documentation to keep all stakeholders informedRoute commitments and change orders through Procore/DocuSign for signatures to ensure contract complianceGuide subcontractors through the qualification process to maintain high standards of complianceReview vendor invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies to ensure proper financial management
