Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience with school-aged students, preferably within a K-12 setting
• Proficient in teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Motivated to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, evolving caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for assigned caseload
• Provide therapy both onsite and via teletherapy platforms as needed
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families regarding student progress
• Maintain accurate records, document services, and participate in IEP meetings
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on evidence-based practices
