MLM Home Improvement is seeking a motivated Home Restoration Consultant to join our growing team in New Castle, Delaware. In this role, you will meet with homeowners to assess their home improvement needs and guide them through our restoration solutions. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with uncapped earning potential and comprehensive training provided. Responsibilities include conducting in-home consultations with prospective customers, assessing property conditions and recommending appropriate restoration solutions, presenting pricing and financing options to homeowners, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, collaborating with project managers to ensure seamless project handoffs, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Qualifications include no prior sales experience requiredwe provide full training, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a self-motivated results-driven mindset, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, the ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
