Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Assist surgeons during operations by managing instruments and supplies.
• Monitor patients' conditions during surgeries and report any changes to the surgical team.
• Document patients' conditions and treatments accurately in the medical record.
• Float occasionally to other operating room units as needed.

Qualifications

• Current CO or compact RN license and AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum three years of experience in an operating room setting is required.
• Experience in Level 1 or 2 Trauma Center is mandatory.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional night shifts and on-call duties.
• No prior travelers or first-time candidates will be considered.
