Creative Services Manager

Overview The Creative Services Manager is responsible for the design, development and execution of marketing campaigns and branded materials for a growing international retailer. As the creative lead supporting multiple brands, you will oversee day-to-day marketing activities and direct a creative team to ensure campaigns and materials meet brand standards and deliver on production/delivery expectations. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing. Responsibilities Manage and maintain brand identities across multiple jewelry and watch brands, ensuring consistent execution while adapting messaging, creative assets and designs to meet the needs of each brand Direct a creative team on the design and development of engaging marketing communications and sales support materials that comply with brand guidelines Work closely with Merchandising and Brand teams to deliver seasonal GTM (Go-to-Market) plans introducing new items, packages, promotions, collateral, training and sales tools to our retail managers, sales staff and strategic business partners Create and oversee project management and trafficking processes, including managing workflow, priorities, timelines and resource allocation Evaluate and implement emerging marketing technologies, AI tools, workflow automation platforms and data-driven processes to improve efficiency, accelerate production and enhance campaign performance Direct and coordinate advertising, PR, social media, outreach and marketing events Oversee the management and distribution of branded content (ie. imagery, video, assets) through a centralized asset management system Develop engaging and effective marketing communications and materials for multiple touchpoints: POS, print, outdoor, web, digital, social, mobile, email, etc. Support Regional Managers in the planning and execution of marketing events by coordinating creative assets, communications, training and production of materials Develop relationships with regional and store managers, understand their needs and provide the tools, services and support needed to increase their business Work closely with regional marketing teams to analyze marketing performance and recommend creative enhancements for increased engagement and conversion Provide regular updates on plan activity, progress, challenges, budget status and recommendations for improvement Manage relationships with external agencies, creative freelancers, production partners and print vendors to ensure quality, consistency and cost efficiency Qualifications 5-7 years of creative services experience, preferably within the luxury goods category, supporting a consumer brand in a retail environment 3+ years managing creative, production and/or marketing support teams GTM (Go-to-Market) and project management expertise including plan creation and time/resource management Experience directly managing a team of designers, marketing ops and production team members Experience transforming repeatable marketing tasks into consistent, documented processes Experience, and examples of, utilizing technology to improve marketing activities Strong business acumen and exceptional problem-solving skills Outstanding communications skills including experience working with cross-functional teams, performance reporting and communicating with senior management Results-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and self-directed Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to react to directional changes quickly and positively Advanced computer and analytical skills, including knowledge of various graphics design programs, project management software, marketing platforms and Business Intelligence #J-18808-Ljbffr Diamonds International
