Position Studio Manager (SM) Overview The Studio Manager will oversee daily business operations, sales, profitability, staff development, brand consistency, and customer service across one of our fast‑growing studios. Responsibilities Work directly with the Franchisee to support studio operations and profitability. Lead and develop the Sales Team and Coaches through ongoing training and support. Achieve top‑tier performance metrics, including revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance. Attend all directed monthly meetings and corporate webinars. Maintain staffing levels to meet studio demand while staying within budget. Host weekly staff meetings and conduct 1‑on‑1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach. Plan and promote special monthly events for the studio. Ensure the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound. Qualifications 1–2 years of customer service experience with proven results. 1–2 years of sales experience in boutique fitness or a related industry. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management experience. Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or more per year.
