Audio Visual Technician

Audio Visual TechnicianDNI is seeking a qualified Audio Visual (AV) Technician. The AV technician will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for unclassified enterprise audiovisual systems and shall be responsible for providing customer support for enterprise users of all levels. General tasks include setup, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, diagnosis, escalation, and reporting to ensure resolution is achieved. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm/clear headed to prioritize requests while troubleshooting and addressing issues in a high-pressure situation. Must be comfortable responding to user requests and communicate with all levels.Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Set up, test, and calibrate equipment and devices as required to produce a fully functional AV system; this includes video displays, display systems, screens, cameras, switchers, scalers, processors, transmitters, receivers, interfaces, microphones, mixers, amplifiers, controls, and other active and passive devicesDeveloping reports from After Action Reviews, Customer interactions, and ad hoc incident reportingPreventive maintenance checks and its subsequent report.Support end users during presentations as needed.Work incidents from the work ticket queue and use established work ticketing system for receiving, tracking and closing support requests
